It ships with a 10' Ethernet cable, giving you the reach to put the printer where the cooks need it, not where the network jack happens to be.
Two-color printing puts modifiers, allergies, and order exceptions in red so they jump off the ticket, and right-side-up printing means cooks read orders the moment they hang them. Its distinctive print sound cuts through a noisy kitchen to flag new orders, and a larger receive buffer holds more incoming tickets at once during a rush. The enclosure is built to stand up to heat and humidity.
Drop-in paper loading and a clamshell cover make roll changes fast mid-service, and the auto-cutter keeps tickets clean. Need to go wireless later? Add the Epson Wireless LAN Adapter. It can also be wall-mounted to save counter space on a crowded line.
